1. The driving system of this valve is a two-stage driving device with the same pressure. The volume of this device is small and the opening and closing speed of the butterfly valve is wide. The initial opening section is controlled by high pressure and small flow rate. The instantaneous state of the butterfly valve opening is smooth and there is no violent fluctuation. The hidden danger of water hammer in the system is completely eliminated. Then, the turning angle speed of the butterfly valve is cut into relatively fast and the hydraulic pressure is controlled.
