Working principle of self operated temperature control valve
Self-operated temperature control valve can be divided into heating type, cooling type, confluence (shunt) temperature control type. It is regulated by the principle of thermal expansion of sensitive liquid, cold shrinkage and liquid incompressibility. The temperature sensor is inserted into the medium which needs to control temperature, and when the temperature of the medium rises, the temperature sensitive liquid is heated. The body expands, the force overcomes the spring resistance, pushes the valve core downward displacement, the valve tends to close state, thus reducing the flow of heat medium; otherwise, when the medium temperature is lower than the set temperature, the temperature sensitive liquid shrinks, the reset spring pushes the valve core open state, increases the flow rate of heat medium, so that the temperature of the controlled medium tends to rise. Thus the temperature of the controlled medium is always kept within the allowed temperature.
